Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
Method
1. Mix wet ingredients thoroughly.
2. Then add all the wet ingredients.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Roll dough into balls and roll balls into granulated sugar.
5. Bake in oven at 375 for 10 minutes. (Makes 3 dozen)
