Yogurt Pot Cake

1 pot natural yoghurt
2 pots caster sugar
3 eggs
4 pots plain flour
Big spoon of baking powder
1 pot of vegetable oil

Topping

So many possibilities!

1. Mix them all together, pour into a cake tin or cupcake cases and bake at 180oC for approx. 40-45 minutes.
