Healthy banana flapjacks


Flapjacks

Ingredients

Two mashed bananas
150g porridge oats
150ml milk
Raisins or dried fruit
1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup for vegans

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/Gas Mark 3. Lightly grease a cake tin and line with grease proof paper.
2. Mash the bananas using a fork.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the cake tin. Press down and flatten evenly.
5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
6. Leave to cool. Cut into squares or the shape of your choice.
7. Enjoy!
